Spent my Xmas here and it was amazing! The view from my room was breathtaking and the spa was fantastic. The hotel staff was phenomenal, they made me feel like royalty. The food was exquisite and the hot pool was the cherry on top of the cake. The best part was the location, it was right by the lake and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Plus, they had a really cool activity program for the kids.
I did notice that the facility was in need of some renovation. The carpets were not in great condition and some of the exterior wood was disintegrating.

The hotel's location was exceptional, with stunning and breathtaking views of the lake from the rooms and the spa. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast served was a good and healthy selection of fruits, tarts, ham, cheese, and cereals. We also appreciated having several restaurants nearby to choose from for our meals.
The hotel lacked a bar area or wine service with dinners. the pool was not well-maintained and the sauna was not functioning.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel's location right on the lake provided us with stunning views that took our breath away. The staff was always attentive to our needs, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. Additionally, the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is situated right on the shores of a tranquil lake, offering spectacular views to its guests. the rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable furnishings and great amenities. the breakfast was decent with a good selection of items to choose from. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The internet connection was spotty and unreliable at times.

I had an absolutely amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, right on the edge of a beautiful lake. I was able to enjoy the stunning view from my room, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all provided to enhance my comfort. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle, which made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. Another highlight was the spa and wellness center, where I was able to relax and unwind in the indoor swimming pool and sauna. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services offered at this place.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
